Investigating - Our payment processor is currently experiencing intermittent delays and timeouts. As a result, card and ACH payments made via invoices, online stores, or the customer portal—as well as refunds—may show an error or fail to complete.

Important: Even if a transaction appears to fail or times out, the charge may still have gone through. Please do not retry the payment immediately, as this may lead to duplicate charges.

Once service is fully restored, our team will review all affected transactions to ensure they are accurately recorded in InkSoft. We appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
